Our Story
Simple Building Solutions is the only privately owned international renovation company that specializes both in refurbishing vintage vessels and in constructing intricate commercial and residential structures
Founders
Andrii Nazarenko and Polina Hutton have been leading SBS since the founding in 2007. To date they have completed over 100 projects including three vintage ship refurbishments.
Our Services
Whether it's a 1994 riverboat casino or a historic building, SBS can guide your hospitality project to the finish line. SBS was founded by Andrii Nazarenko and Polina Hutton in 2007 in Ukraine and have completed over 100 international projects since then. Both Andrii and Polina relocated to the United States in 2021 and are currently finishing up their third marine restoration project, the Serena Club.
